I've tried to contact them several times (more than 20 emails), filled in a complain form and they answerd with a ticket number but never took action! They own me $230 for sold artistwork (Pictures) but in stead of paying me, they closed my account without any reason.
This is all since the 15th of December 2024. So, they sell works from Artists but they do not pay the Artists.
I think that is an criminal offence. How can I get in contact with them in person???
You have closed my account since the 15th of December. Why??
And on the 15th of December I should have been payed $230 for sold pictures!
You did not! You sell artistwork but you do not pay the artist???

Fine Art America does not react. They own me $230 for sold works.
They sell works from artists but they do not pay the artists!
They closed my account without any notice or reason on the 15th of december( the day I should have been payed), I reacted on the 16th for the first time and after that I got 5 ticketnumbers but never a reaction, even not after more than 15! emails
Since the 15th of December last year, my account has been closed. Why? There should have been a payment on the 15th of December, but instead, you closed my account...

I've never received a penny in 10 years. I need to change my contact information.
I should be able to edit my pricing. I need to understand why I'm not getting any money. People are buying some of my products; they've told me so. There seems to be a problem on your end.
Can you figure out why I don't receive any money? Did I not add any money to the price that you charge for my product? Do you have the incorrect information on where to send my check? What address do you have on file?
I've sent you my new address several times. I've attempted to contact you on multiple occasions. I get nothing back, except for requests to repeat everything I've done repeatedly.
I can't stand it anymore. Either do something or tell me how to remove my pictures from your site.

Unable to change my hacked email address, I have tried to have technical support do this but they never respond to my issue. That is the problem which I am annoyed with.
I am unable to contact a representative about this issue. Searching for a solution to this problem.
Received order need to exchange and return
I bought 3 t shirts. Two of them are too small.
I need to return. It has been over a week and still haven't heard back from anyone. This is not professional. I was going to get a larger size for one of them.
Not sure if I will be doing that.
I will now have to call again. The other one was supposed to be for women and it looks like a child size.
User's recommendation: be careful when ordering as size. Customer service is not good.

You are sending me no solutions for reason for your review. I want to be able to edit prices on my prints and other products and I want to receive payment.
I never received the payment. Maybe its because I never priced anything I have. Im completely confused if you contact me again, address the issues and dont ask me for more comments, but take care of the problem. If you cant Ill just take my photos off of find out America And get rid of this problem.
Please help me solve it. Whats the problem communication my communication skills arent any good what dont you understand? Let me know what you dont understand. I just want to change my prices.
Make sure you have my correct address and receive checks when people buy stuff people buy stuff and told me about it and I never received the time. Its probably because you have my wrong address and wrong information or I never priced my products above what you want for them??? Whats going on?

I am trying to upload JPG pictures, which are much under 25mb, to my FAA account. However, I keep receiving this notice which prevents my upload: 'Your image must be one of the following file types: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg.
Please change the image format and try uploading again'. Can you please fix this?

Now pics have to be certain pixels?
