Unable to change my hacked email address, I have tried to have technical support do this but they never respond to my issue. That is the problem which I am annoyed with.
I am unable to contact a representative about this issue. Searching for a solution to this problem.
Received order need to exchange and return
I bought 3 t shirts. Two of them are too small.
I need to return. It has been over a week and still haven't heard back from anyone. This is not professional. I was going to get a larger size for one of them.
Not sure if I will be doing that.
I will now have to call again. The other one was supposed to be for women and it looks like a child size.
User's recommendation: be careful when ordering as size. Customer service is not good.

You are sending me no solutions for reason for your review. I want to be able to edit prices on my prints and other products and I want to receive payment.
I never received the payment. Maybe its because I never priced anything I have. Im completely confused if you contact me again, address the issues and dont ask me for more comments, but take care of the problem. If you cant Ill just take my photos off of find out America And get rid of this problem.
Please help me solve it. Whats the problem communication my communication skills arent any good what dont you understand? Let me know what you dont understand. I just want to change my prices.
Make sure you have my correct address and receive checks when people buy stuff people buy stuff and told me about it and I never received the time. Its probably because you have my wrong address and wrong information or I never priced my products above what you want for them??? Whats going on?
You cant answer my questions and tell me to cancel and unload my panties. Best regards, Phil.

I am trying to upload JPG pictures, which are much under 25mb, to my FAA account. However, I keep receiving this notice which prevents my upload: 'Your image must be one of the following file types: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg.
Please change the image format and try uploading again'. Can you please fix this?

I can't post any pictures anymore
I couldn't log in.Also I use to be able to upload pics very easily.
Now pics have to be certain pixels?

Beware the return policy
I ordered an item on Dec 27, 2024 that was not shipped until Jan 7 2025 and then the item was lost in the USPS until Jan 15 and I received Jan 17, 2025. Per the website info the 30 day return policy starts from the day of the order, not the day of shipping or receipt of the item.
As I have to pay the return shipping to get the item back to them by the 30 day deadline,I would have to pay a fortune! Just know that their return policy is horrible.

The FAA newsletter contains another artists name. I have been unable to receive my newsletter with my efforts and sales listed for over 6 months and they have made no effort to correct it.
This is so even though I pay a fee to have my art listed and have no way of knowing what the results of my efforts are.
Oh, also, there is no Customer Service telephone number and no way of addressing any flaws in the FAA Website. A truly waste of money and time !!!

I lost my phone to access my email and am locked out of my gallery with fine art America .I have customers that want to buy my art on line

Lost order. Order placed 11/29/24.
Went to shipping company 12/05/24 has not been scanned in by shipping company as of today 12/18/24. Have to wait until 12/20/24 for item to be considered lost. Not a chance I will recieve item by Christmas. I can call back on 12/20/24 and cancel order or re-order.
Why would you use this shipping? How many other Christmas orders have been lost but you have received payment?

You didn't honor your 20% coupon online. A customer support representative said your coupon was not working& that it would be added to the order. It never was.
When I called a 2nd time, someone else said it was for new customers, only.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The ordered merchandise was delivered, albeit late.
I placed an order for merchandise, paid for it in full, and the delivery has still not been made. Furthermore, I have received no information as to the status of the order.

Same thing happened to me. The exact scenario.
They have told me to wait until Dec 30th before it will be considered lost. This was a Christmas present too. I feel like a fool. I should have read this before I realized this is how they run their business.
Telling me their items get lost a lot or shipper doesn’t scan item. As a buyer….what? Then use a different shipper.
Silly nonsense. Never doing this again.
