I have received zero help. I am frustrated and angry.
I want, née, demand service. I dont know how else to phrase this situation.

Fine art America are crooks and thieves.
I contacted Fine Art America to request a refund and cancel the automatic membership. Fine Art America canceled the membership promptly, but they did not refund the money.
I communicated with a woman who works for Fine Art America, and she provided me with a transaction number indicating a $30 payment.
Despite this, my card service team confirmed that no refund had been initiated by the merchant. When I asked the woman from Fine Art America for a refund document, she refused and insisted that the payment had been made, which is not the case.Her name is Abbie Shores.

They said they would send instructions regarding cancellation. They did not send.
I ordered a pillow from Greg Olson Art. The seems showed.
There was sewing stitches on the front panel.
On each seam the stitches showed. Very disappointed.

Would love to send more pictures that I have painted and drawn as soon as possible, please send me the page to continue signing up ,i didn't understand what you meant by visa code

Where are the three pictures I ordered? They still have not been shipped. They were supposed to be shipped on 6/26, but they never were.
Preferred solution: I want my pictures I bought.
Poor image quality. Stain in clear finish on metal print. Customer service terrible.
I purchased an item while moving. It took 8 days to deliver from the purchase date.
I waited to open it until I was ready to hang it in the new location. I called to return it within 30 days of receipt, but it was 33 days from the order date. There were no options for a return. The image quality was poor.
The clear finish had a stain/smudge visible from a couple of vantage points. I will never purchase from them again.

User's recommendation: Seek out individual artists and purchase from them. I’m sure FAA makes more than the artist.
I am very pleased with Fine Art America and how they handled my missing puzzle pieces. They sent me a replacement puzzle immediately.
I was missing 2 pieces to a jigsaw puzzle I purchased from them and after calling them (which I had to find a number to call which was the only negative) they immediately contacted me and sent a replacement puzzle. Great company

I only have five minutes left for code
I've received a via code just know each time i get a via code to enter and I press proces to had the via code something aways goes wrong and the company is advertising my art work .i said that someone from the company should WhatsApp me right know please and no one as done so

Damaged print
Damages print. The damage is a ding in the metal print.
It also looks as if it was dragged across a rough surface. The ticket number is 111****.

Return authorization
I want a return authorization and credit for a picture that I received, which was incorrect. I have tried all day and still have not received any information on how to speak to a person.

To get my account reopened
I have been trying to make contact with Fine Art America to get a new password so I can enter my artist site. Customer service on serves purchases and has no knowledge of tech support.
I have been trying to contact them for over a week with no results. I have had no response to my emails.
Customer service
I have already filled this out once today. I simply want a person to call me with a return authorization or send me a text with the return authorization. Customer service is lacking.

Cannot make an artist account because they could not send the passcode

Store Shut Down - No Warning
Store Shut Down - No Warning. They did this and kept my hard earned money.
Nothing but thieves.
What's new all these shops are stealing from real artists and think it's funny. I want my money!
