Order incomplete
We ordered 200 personalized greeting card and received only 2 boxes containing 25 cards per box. We should have received a total of 8 boxes.
I spoke with Jasmine and she had to do an escalated investigation as to what happened and told me 24-48 hours I would receive an email response.
We paid $890.46 for this custom order and this is unacceptable.
We ordered these to be sent this year for our Holiday cards.

No one there seems to care. Now, I don't either!I'm closing my store there at the end of the month.Their customer "service" is the worst I've EVER encountered in my 75 years.
Pathetic. I'm done with it!
Their website is confusing to use, and it seems that I cannot assign a particular design to a particular product. A design for a coffee mug does not work on a t-shirt, but trying to assign it to coffee mugs only is nearly impossible. Same with t-shirts or any other product they offer. I was trying to get some help, but no one there seems to give a damn.
I'm working with a couple other merch sites, and will probably drop Fine Art America at some point. Their customer service sucks.
Account issues
This company is TERRIBLE. My account was hiacked and according to customer servie there is no direct way to contact tech support.
Techsupport despite my many emails just keeps reseting a second account i created and is leaving my hijacked artwork there.
THIS IS BS.
There should bea way to support stolen or closed accounts and a way to contact by phone when the technical support via email isn'tNDO paying attention. Where is the accountability guys?O D TERRIBLE COMPANY POLICY.

I was receiving poor customer service, and no products, from an art company. I complained through pissed consumer and the art company was more helpful.
I received emails, and the art arrived as I ordered.
I had no problem once I sent in the complaint. I have the art hanging on the wall and I'm happy with everything now.

Fine art America are crooks and thieves.
I contacted Fine Art America to request a refund and cancel the automatic membership. Fine Art America canceled the membership promptly, but they did not refund the money.
I communicated with a woman who works for Fine Art America, and she provided me with a transaction number indicating a $30 payment.
Despite this, my card service team confirmed that no refund had been initiated by the merchant. When I asked the woman from Fine Art America for a refund document, she refused and insisted that the payment had been made, which is not the case.Her name is Abbie Shores.

I ordered a pillow from Greg Olson Art. The seems showed.
There was sewing stitches on the front panel.
On each seam the stitches showed. Very disappointed.

Where are the three pictures I ordered? They still have not been shipped. They were supposed to be shipped on 6/26, but they never were.

Poor image quality. Stain in clear finish on metal print. Customer service terrible.
I purchased an item while moving. It took 8 days to deliver from the purchase date.
I waited to open it until I was ready to hang it in the new location. I called to return it within 30 days of receipt, but it was 33 days from the order date. There were no options for a return. The image quality was poor.
The clear finish had a stain/smudge visible from a couple of vantage points. I will never purchase from them again.
