Fine Art America - Don't buy from this Company
I Purchased the picture for over $250 it came in it was damaged the frame was broke and the print is self was ripped they don't care about their packaging at all, they need to better package the picture or you bought and invested your money into. They have the worst customer service in the world when I say that I mean it's so frustrating they just hide behind emails after emails they don't call you back they don't follow up on anything ....please don't waste your money on this company buy it through Amazon where you know that it will be taken care of this company cares less and it shows on the customer service.if there was a rating of 1 to 100 for this company I would rate them -500
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
