Shut out (403 Forbidden message)

I am exceptionally concerned that I have been shut out of your website precisely when inquiring about prior orders and returns. My two email addresses are : vishwam@***.com, (professional) & vishwamarwah@***.com.

I spent over $1,500+ on gifts for my guests to a VIP party (let's say some top brass in Ottawa, Canada.). I selected the designs of Ms Aashna Khanna (née Taneja), my niece, an artist offering her work on your website.

Two kinds of purchases were made using her designs...iPhone covers and tote bags. When placing these orders, none of the offered discount codes worked. Given the urgency of an upcoming party, we chose to proceed, feeling baited-and-switched.

I believe all the iPhone covers have arrived, but I'm not certain of this and need to double-check the orders on your website vs. what we actually received.

1. I went to the vishwam@***.com account first and had to reset my password first.. The order history looked right and I had received those items.

2.

Of the four iPhone covers we had ordered for ourselves only one fits my iPhone. The other three do not fit either my phone or my partner's for whom I had chosen very specific, personal designs as it was his birthday.

3. Our guests, including the CEO of one of the largest foundations in Canada, started to return their iPhone covers, telling us that the models ordered for them did not fit their iPhones. Some remarked that they looked cheaply made and as if they would break.

4.

Where your company, and my niece, would have got brilliant exposure in a high-power setting, you let us down. Returns of the iPhone covers have become inevitable as several of them have come back to us with the same complaint. We have been reaching out to ask our guests to return these items to us, acknowledging that something had gone wrong with the orders. Most embarassing.

5.

Next, I went to vishwamarwah@***.com. I needed to locate the order status & details for the remaining iPhones in this account.

6. I was promptly shut out and denied entry with the message : "403: Access forbidden"

We need to return these faulty products and ameliorate the disappointment caused to the guests that were supposed to receive. We will also go through the detail to ascertain the amount spent on those items as well as our credit card statements to ascertain the total damage done.

The reputation damage done to my niece, Ms Aashna Khanna (née Taneja) is immeasurable.

However, without access to your website, this time will run out due to no fault of ours.

And then ?

There is still time to rectify this unfortunate outcome : communicate quickly to resolve this situation.

Given the size of these orders, the alternatives have the potential to gather negative momentum for your company. An avoidable outcome, as of now.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this site. Their products are shoddy manufacturing. And if you want to return something, they shut you out of the site, with access forbidden, ostensibly waiting for the return time to run out. Same message to all artists offering their precious work on this site.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Full refund was only achieved though constant emails (even phone calls) and I believe the dogged assistance from PissedConsumer really got up their nose.

However, FineArtAmerica still fobbed me off, with promises of 'escalation'... I don't think they care about customers at all, and are intent on fobbing off any consumer enquiries.

I contacted PayPal, and within 2 weeks, I got the refund. Thank you to PissedConsumer!

Forbiden 403 on signing up

Hello,

I am unable to access my Fine Art America account and have not received password reset emails despite multiple attempts. I tried creating a new account with a different email address, but I am now encountering a "403 Forbidden" error page (see attached screenshot).

I have already:

Checked my spam/junk folders

Added @***.com to my safe senders list

Tried different browsers and devices

Cleared my cache and cookies

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can access or create my account? Thank you for your help.

It is a status update regarding an issue with my account.

I was contacted by Fine Art America today. They are continuing to help me with my issue.

I just now responded to their request for needed information that hopefully allow them to solve my problem, which is to remove my art that someone posted on their site 15 - 20 years ago. A friend likely set up my account and did the posting.

I can't remember who the friend might have been, which is making it difficult to resolve the problem. Fine Art America is continuing to help me with this issue, which I do appreciate.

To be clear, the cost to me was AUD $199BUT I WON'T STOP HERE! I'll never give up-- I'm gonna make A LOT of noise .......

Unable to contact anyone in FAA

I don’t know why we are having this dialogue. I thought that this platform helped to deal with issues I had brought to light.

I am an artist with FAA and I had my email hacked and I had to delete the address. I created a new email and have been unable to get FAA to replace my old,hacked email with my new email.

Very frustrating, there has been no response to my requests to accomplish this request. This is the story and I don’t see how you have contributed to helping my problem.

No massage from Fine Art American

I placed my order of 3 metal printed pictures for $645 on 30.11.24, at the official site of Fine Art America. (Christmas sale) and the money have been taken straight away.

Immediately I recieved an email confirmation with buyers account and the promise, that the order will be shipped in 3-5 business days.

On 5.12.24 was informed that the order has been shipped.
Since then I've tried everything possible to get in touch with their customer service, sending 12 (twelve) messages and calling at (877)807**** from Europe (the charge was £1 per min).
It also appeared absolutely imposible to log in at my account in order to track the delivery which Fine Art America, promised beforehand. Changing the password is also imposible.
It looks like this huge hub for selling fine art do not exist or that it is a scam.
Prividing that I have no connection with Fine Art America, now it looks impossible to get a refund.
This is my worst and really appalling etrade experience.

I am a long time artist/consumer at FAA. I have tried everything, and cannot get back into my account.

When I requested a new password online, FAA never sent me an email. And yesI check spam and junk folders. Nothing. I wrote to Tech Support.

No help.

After I called FAA and talked to a lady, she dug into my account and was able to give me a new temporary password. That didnt work.
