I can't post any pictures anymore
I couldn't log in.Also I use to be able to upload pics very easily.
Now pics have to be certain pixels?

No massage from Fine Art American
Immediately I recieved an email confirmation with buyers account and the promise, that the order will be shipped in 3-5 business days.
On 5.12.24 was informed that the order has been shipped.
Since then I've tried everything possible to get in touch with their customer service, sending 12 (twelve) messages and calling at (877)807**** from Europe (the charge was £1 per min).
It also appeared absolutely imposible to log in at my account in order to track the delivery which Fine Art America, promised beforehand. Changing the password is also imposible.
It looks like this huge hub for selling fine art do not exist or that it is a scam.
Prividing that I have no connection with Fine Art America, now it looks impossible to get a refund.
This is my worst and really appalling etrade experience.

You must enter the SECURITY CODE. Error Code: 1848. I want to join. Did buyers registration but picture verification and code does not work.
I want to buy several items but cannot even join. I want to spend my money there but need an account

I placed my order of 3 metal printed pictures for $645 on 30.11.24, at the official site of Fine Art America. (Christmas sale) and the money have been taken straight away.
Immediately I recieved an email confirmation with buyers account and the promise, that the order will be shipped in 3-5 business days.
On 5.12.24 was informed that the order has been shipped.
Since then I've tried everything possible to get in touch with their customer service, sending 10 (ten) messages and calling at (877)807**** from Europe.
It also appeared absolutely imposible to log in at my account in order to track the delivery which Fine Art America, promised. Changing the password is also imposible.
It looks like this huge hub for selling fine art do not exist or that it is pure scam.
This is my worst and really appalling etrade experience.

I am a long time artist/consumer at FAA. I have tried everything, and cannot get back into my account.
When I requested a new password online, FAA never sent me an email. And yesI check spam and junk folders. Nothing. I wrote to Tech Support.
No help.
After I called FAA and talked to a lady, she dug into my account and was able to give me a new temporary password. That didnt work.

I've never received a penny in 10 years. I need to change my contact information.
I should be able to edit my pricing. I need to understand why I'm not getting any money. People are buying some of my products; they've told me so. There seems to be a problem on your end.
Can you figure out why I don't receive any money? Did I not add any money to the price that you charge for my product? Do you have the incorrect information on where to send my check? What address do you have on file?
I've sent you my new address several times. I've attempted to contact you on multiple occasions. I get nothing back, except for requests to repeat everything I've done repeatedly.
I can't stand it anymore. Either do something or tell me how to remove my pictures from your site.

You are sending me no solutions for reason for your review. I want to be able to edit prices on my prints and other products and I want to receive payment.
I never received the payment. Maybe its because I never priced anything I have. Im completely confused if you contact me again, address the issues and dont ask me for more comments, but take care of the problem. If you cant Ill just take my photos off of find out America And get rid of this problem.
Please help me solve it. Whats the problem communication my communication skills arent any good what dont you understand? Let me know what you dont understand. I just want to change my prices.
Make sure you have my correct address and receive checks when people buy stuff people buy stuff and told me about it and I never received the time. Its probably because you have my wrong address and wrong information or I never priced my products above what you want for them??? Whats going on?

I am trying to upload JPG pictures, which are much under 25mb, to my FAA account. However, I keep receiving this notice which prevents my upload: 'Your image must be one of the following file types: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg.
Please change the image format and try uploading again'. Can you please fix this?
