I am exceptionally concerned that I have been shut out of your website precisely when inquiring about prior orders and returns. My two email addresses are : vishwam@***.com, (professional) & vishwamarwah@***.com.

I spent over $1,500+ on gifts for my guests to a VIP party (let's say some top brass in Ottawa, Canada.). I selected the designs of Ms Aashna Khanna (née Taneja), my niece, an artist offering her work on your website.
Two kinds of purchases were made using her designs...iPhone covers and tote bags. When placing these orders, none of the offered discount codes worked. Given the urgency of an upcoming party, we chose to proceed, feeling baited-and-switched.
I believe all the iPhone covers have arrived, but I'm not certain of this and need to double-check the orders on your website vs. what we actually received.
1. I went to the vishwam@***.com account first and had to reset my password first.. The order history looked right and I had received those items.
2.
Of the four iPhone covers we had ordered for ourselves only one fits my iPhone. The other three do not fit either my phone or my partner's for whom I had chosen very specific, personal designs as it was his birthday.
3. Our guests, including the CEO of one of the largest foundations in Canada, started to return their iPhone covers, telling us that the models ordered for them did not fit their iPhones. Some remarked that they looked cheaply made and as if they would break.

Where your company, and my niece, would have got brilliant exposure in a high-power setting, you let us down. Returns of the iPhone covers have become inevitable as several of them have come back to us with the same complaint. We have been reaching out to ask our guests to return these items to us, acknowledging that something had gone wrong with the orders. Most embarassing.

Next, I went to vishwamarwah@***.com. I needed to locate the order status & details for the remaining iPhones in this account.
6. I was promptly shut out and denied entry with the message : "403: Access forbidden"
We need to return these faulty products and ameliorate the disappointment caused to the guests that were supposed to receive. We will also go through the detail to ascertain the amount spent on those items as well as our credit card statements to ascertain the total damage done.
The reputation damage done to my niece, Ms Aashna Khanna (née Taneja) is immeasurable.

However, without access to your website, this time will run out due to no fault of ours.

There is still time to rectify this unfortunate outcome : communicate quickly to resolve this situation.
Given the size of these orders, the alternatives have the potential to gather negative momentum for your company. An avoidable outcome, as of now.

To be clear, the cost to me was AUD $199BUT I WON'T STOP HERE! I'll never give up-- I'm gonna make A LOT of noise .......
I am in Melbourne, Australia, and I actually had to save for the art print (!) that I ordered from this 'company' months ago. Bitterly disappointed...

No massage from Fine Art American
Immediately I recieved an email confirmation with buyers account and the promise, that the order will be shipped in 3-5 business days.
On 5.12.24 was informed that the order has been shipped.
Since then I've tried everything possible to get in touch with their customer service, sending 12 (twelve) messages and calling at (877)807**** from Europe (the charge was £1 per min).
It also appeared absolutely imposible to log in at my account in order to track the delivery which Fine Art America, promised beforehand. Changing the password is also imposible.
It looks like this huge hub for selling fine art do not exist or that it is a scam.
Prividing that I have no connection with Fine Art America, now it looks impossible to get a refund.
This is my worst and really appalling etrade experience.

You must enter the SECURITY CODE. Error Code: 1848. I want to join. Did buyers registration but picture verification and code does not work.
I want to buy several items but cannot even join. I want to spend my money there but need an account

I placed my order of 3 metal printed pictures for $645 on 30.11.24, at the official site of Fine Art America. (Christmas sale) and the money have been taken straight away.
Immediately I recieved an email confirmation with buyers account and the promise, that the order will be shipped in 3-5 business days.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. A tech person got in touch and together we solved the issue.
I am a long time artist/consumer at FAA. I have tried everything, and cannot get back into my account.
When I requested a new password online, FAA never sent me an email. And yesI check spam and junk folders. Nothing. I wrote to Tech Support.
No help.
After I called FAA and talked to a lady, she dug into my account and was able to give me a new temporary password. That didnt work.

I've never received a penny in 10 years. I need to change my contact information.
I should be able to edit my pricing. I need to understand why I'm not getting any money. People are buying some of my products; they've told me so. There seems to be a problem on your end.
Can you figure out why I don't receive any money? Did I not add any money to the price that you charge for my product? Do you have the incorrect information on where to send my check? What address do you have on file?
I've sent you my new address several times. I've attempted to contact you on multiple occasions. I get nothing back, except for requests to repeat everything I've done repeatedly.
I can't stand it anymore. Either do something or tell me how to remove my pictures from your site.
