Fine Art America - Horrible service

I have recently placed two orders. In every case the experience was a nightmare. The shipping times are simply undetermined and unknown. Their own delays and estimates are not respected. The customer service is virtually non-existent. Even if you get hold of someone, they are of little help. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Fine Art America - FAA has failed to send me an email to reset my passowrd

Your representative was 'unable to help me' reset my password. I waited more than 7 minutes for someone to reply to my phone call. AS AN Artist I aM STILL UNABLE TO ACCESS MY FAA pages.

Fine Art America - Not happy at all

Paid for overnight shipping my order has still not arrived nor has it ships it's been 15 days I will never order from here ever again. On top of that the company doesn't even have contacts to the people who print it it's the worst experience I've ever experienced in my life. I would add a photo of the products to at least back them up and say that they're things were good but like I said they haven't even shipped it
