Beware the return policy
I ordered an item on Dec 27, 2024 that was not shipped until Jan 7 2025 and then the item was lost in the USPS until Jan 15 and I received Jan 17, 2025. Per the website info the 30 day return policy starts from the day of the order, not the day of shipping or receipt of the item.
As I have to pay the return shipping to get the item back to them by the 30 day deadline,I would have to pay a fortune! Just know that their return policy is horrible.

The FAA newsletter contains another artists name. I have been unable to receive my newsletter with my efforts and sales listed for over 6 months and they have made no effort to correct it.
This is so even though I pay a fee to have my art listed and have no way of knowing what the results of my efforts are.
Oh, also, there is no Customer Service telephone number and no way of addressing any flaws in the FAA Website. A truly waste of money and time !!!

I lost my phone to access my email and am locked out of my gallery with fine art America .I have customers that want to buy my art on line

Lost order. Order placed 11/29/24.
Went to shipping company 12/05/24 has not been scanned in by shipping company as of today 12/18/24. Have to wait until 12/20/24 for item to be considered lost. Not a chance I will recieve item by Christmas. I can call back on 12/20/24 and cancel order or re-order.
Why would you use this shipping? How many other Christmas orders have been lost but you have received payment?

You didn't honor your 20% coupon online. A customer support representative said your coupon was not working& that it would be added to the order. It never was.
When I called a 2nd time, someone else said it was for new customers, only.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The ordered merchandise was delivered, albeit late.
I placed an order for merchandise, paid for it in full, and the delivery has still not been made. Furthermore, I have received no information as to the status of the order.

Unloading images
I had to leave a message about my issue.
I am having difficulty getting my images downloaded. It says 100% downloaded and then below that it says finishing up downloading.
But it never does completely download my images. I have done this on my mobile phone and also on my desktop computer without success.
Don't waste your time shopping. Shipping charge will make it unaffordable.
You'll get to check out, and, surprise! A 40% shipping charge! Makes a reasonably price gift, overpriced.

Unable to set up account
6 days, nobody has contacted me. Trying to set up account.
Person at this number said I had to wait for them to respond, that she couldnt help.
Thought thats what customer service meant? Is this business legitimate?

Good but could be better.
Quality of product is not up what it should be. Quality of prints do not reflect the quantity of the photos they are based on.
Missing package
The package was never delivered because this company used wrong zip code. No one was willing to help get the package to me and I had to reorder.
I also had to pay extra to get the package here on time and no one took responsibility for and mistakes. It is difficult to resolve problems with this company.

Nuisance emails
I bought 1 card from them several years ago and they now send me at least one newsletter a day. the option to be removed from their list is greyed out and crossed out.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent a replacement, which arrived without damage.
There was no communication whatsoever. It just arrived on my doorstep unannounced.
They never responded to my email submissions nor informed me of the replacement. While I am thankful I now have the item, I haven cancelled my account with them as I am very disappointed with the way they do business and no longer trust their company.
The picture arrived badly dented and bent. It was not packed well, so I can't only blame the carrier service. I have reached out to them multiple times through their customer service online form, but they have not responded (it has been a week), despite their automated email suggesting that they respond within a few hours.

Preferred solution: A replaced sent. One that is better packaged and not damaged.

Nothing happened, outside of I was initially having difficulty making the purchase online. It is working for me now.
I apologize if you thought I was unhappy. was just trying to find a customer service number to answer some questions about an item I was considering to purchase. Didnt even realize this happen.
I eventually did speak with a few of your agents, and they were very helpful, and I am still considering making the purchase. Bob

Same thing happened to me. The exact scenario.
They have told me to wait until Dec 30th before it will be considered lost. This was a Christmas present too. I feel like a fool. I should have read this before I realized this is how they run their business.
Telling me their items get lost a lot or shipper doesn’t scan item. As a buyer….what? Then use a different shipper.
Silly nonsense. Never doing this again.
