I am very pleased with Fine Art America and how they handled my missing puzzle pieces. They sent me a replacement puzzle immediately.
I was missing 2 pieces to a jigsaw puzzle I purchased from them and after calling them (which I had to find a number to call which was the only negative) they immediately contacted me and sent a replacement puzzle. Great company
User's recommendation: They stand by their guarantee but it would help if they listed their phone # for help and not a contact section to fill out
To get my account reopened
I have been trying to make contact with Fine Art America to get a new password so I can enter my artist site. Customer service on serves purchases and has no knowledge of tech support.
I have been trying to contact them for over a week with no results. I have had no response to my emails.
I only have five minutes left for code
I've received a via code just know each time i get a via code to enter and I press proces to had the via code something aways goes wrong and the company is advertising my art work .i said that someone from the company should WhatsApp me right know please and no one as done so

Damaged print
Damages print. The damage is a ding in the metal print.
It also looks as if it was dragged across a rough surface. The ticket number is 111****.
User's recommendation: At this point I would not recommend.
Return authorization
I want a return authorization and credit for a picture that I received, which was incorrect. I have tried all day and still have not received any information on how to speak to a person.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Customer service
I have already filled this out once today. I simply want a person to call me with a return authorization or send me a text with the return authorization. Customer service is lacking.

Store Shut Down - No Warning. They did this and kept my hard earned money.
Nothing but thieves.
What's new all these shops are stealing from real artists and think it's funny. I want my money!

This company does not honor its advertised sales.
The site posted an an ouncement that everything was 20 per cent off until midnight. However, six hours before midnight the sale prices were gone and everything was full price.
Customer service had no response to this except I dont see a promotion currently online.
This is not the first time this has happened. They are deceptive and dishonest.

Jovie refuses to issue a refund for a lost package. There has been no movement on this package for a week.
The post office has told me it is lost in transit.
I was told by 2 customer service representatives I would receive a refund.
This is horrible customer service. I am not going to pay for a package I don't have.
I have asked Jovie several questions and keep getting the run around.

Because I created account and it won't let me in. I just created it and it won't let me in.
I just made The account and it wont let me in it says error and then I also try to make another account and it wont let me use the same phone number so I either want to delete the account or get it fixed
