This company does not honor its advertised sales.
The site posted an an ouncement that everything was 20 per cent off until midnight. However, six hours before midnight the sale prices were gone and everything was full price.
Customer service had no response to this except I dont see a promotion currently online.
This is not the first time this has happened. They are deceptive and dishonest.

Jovie refuses to issue a refund for a lost package. There has been no movement on this package for a week.
The post office has told me it is lost in transit.
I was told by 2 customer service representatives I would receive a refund.
This is horrible customer service. I am not going to pay for a package I don't have.
I have asked Jovie several questions and keep getting the run around.

Because I created account and it won't let me in. I just created it and it won't let me in.
I just made The account and it wont let me in it says error and then I also try to make another account and it wont let me use the same phone number so I either want to delete the account or get it fixed

I had joined FAA as a photographer in 2020. I had built a gallery of more than 2 dozen photos which were placed on their site.
Recently when I went onto the site to add more photos, it turned out that my account had been abruptly closed and my photos removed without prior notice. When I contacted support, they stated that my account had been closed due to "spam activity." I immediately questioned this as I had no idea what they were referring to, as I rarely vidit my page and certainly not engage in any "spam" activity! They agreed to reinstate my account, only to find that my entire photo gallery had been completely erased! I reached out to them and created support tickets at least twice since that time, only to be completely ignored!
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have no further recourse and have lost years worth photographic works!
Preferred solution: Restoration of my account gallery photos.

I had the Metal print Sunrise over the Grand Canyon metal print in my cart and when I went to pay the price had changed and there was a charge for shipping. I really want this item but planned on the sale price. What can you do for me??

Shoddy merchandise - Dear Fine Art America - production office. I received two items from your company gifts.
The items are shoddy. A bag that doesn't open or close and a beach towel that is too heavy, unattractive, unusable with sloppy printing on it. Truly shoddy merch. We would like the person who sent them to us - that their money be money returned.
The two products were sent to Risa D'Angeles, 340 Bailey Blvd, Tahlequah, Ok 74464. The person who ordered the items was Lauren Glass, Box 1688, Ojai, CA 93024.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Folks beware if you order something from this site yourself. Ive ordered many items and finally Ive had an error in my order and had to call customer service.
They do nothing and open tickets that no one responds to. Its a matter over a measly $24.00 and Ive spent 700 dollars last month.
My order was missing 2 prints and no one can resolve it and no one has contacted me back. I thought this company was good until I called customer service then I saw its true face.

Damaged print
I purchased a print Sunset over the Grand Canyon by Michael Zheng. I have emailed and sent pictures to Tiffany but she doesnt respond.
I called earlier today trying to get up with her and was told Id have to email the problem and pictures which Ive done 3 times. I reached out to Michael Zheng to see if he could do anything and he claims that is not his print.
